should I ask the Easter Bunny?

So Tuesday was just as smooth as Monday...hmmm...dare I suggest that this week might be an easy one?

No, I'd better not.

Speaking of "I'd"....there wasn't really anything to beware today (Ides of March -- get it?), so I guess that's good.

I even got home early so I have like an hour to myself before Kira gets home from school. Of course, I'm sitting at the computer, reading email, diaries, and doing Girl Scout stuff, but that's beside the point. The house is quiet for a bit longer, so I'm happy.

Girl Scout stuff....I'm really excited about the upcoming camping trip for my troop, and also a bit bewildered about the organizational things I need to do to get them and me ready. Because of that, I've had to back off some SCA things for a bit, otherwise I think I'd lose my mind.

We are not going to Coronation. Ditto, probably, for Crown. I am not teaching at June University.

I *am*, however, handling A&S for Sapphire the weekend after the camping trip.

I don't have any glass projects on a deadline, and I don't plan to have any deadlines of that nature until summer at least.

There will be local A&S nights in the next few months.

But that's it. Nothing else. We're probably not going to Pennsic this year, either, in an effort to save some money and take a break from that enormous trip.

I'm starting to think I must be ill or something, because it looks as though I may not be overscheduled with GS and SCA stuff for the first time in a year! Maybe I have just gotten to a place where I am okay with 'slow and steady' and maybe I am finally learning that overscheduling myself just makes me miserable. You'd think that wouldn't be so hard to learn, but apparently it is. :)

Oooh...I just remembered....I shoudl take Kira to see the Easter Bunny this week....

I'm looking forward to the spring, to be sure. I hope it brings the things I am looking for this year...
